Applicant Guidelines

1. All applicants must be between the ages of 10 and 25.

2. All applicants must be at least 6 months free of all chemotherapy treatments, unless otherwise explained and approved by a physician.

3. All applicants under the age of 18 must travel with a parent or legal guardian.

4. All trips include the cost of airfare for 2, double occupancy hotel stay and 2 game tickets to a single game.

5. It is the responsibility of the applicant and guest to obtain a valid ID card, passport and visa, if applicable, at least 2 months prior to trip.

6. All three forms must be completely filled out and emailed to info@cwfund.org before consideration.

7. Applications will be reviewed quarterly on a first-come, first-served basis. A confirmation email will be sent as soon as your application is received. If any part of the application is incomplete, we will notify you via email to assist you in properly completing the application process.

DISCLAIMER: Craig Willinger Fund provides trips based on availability of funds, number of current applications, and other given variables. All applications are reviewed by a special selection board that includes all of CWF's board members. Applicants and their respective trips are collectively decided by the selection board. Not all applicants will receive a trip overseas.
